Инициативата на Европейската Комисия стартирала през 2017 г. цели да даде видимост на това, което работодателите в ЕС правят, за да подкрепят интеграцията на мигранти и бежанци на пазара на труда. Работодателите може да се присъединят към инициативата като опишат настоящи и бъдещи действия насочени към подкрепа на интеграцията на мигранти и бежанци към тяхната работна сила.
